It also didn't seem to repeat any passengers I'd already driven, so if you're trying to get achievements/Passidex entries that are based on driving a particular person multiple times, you can't do that in Free Roam.You park in front of the of the street number the central office gave you. I tried playing Free Roam and after two "rounds" of driving all the passengers that were on the map, it stopped loading in new passengers and I was just staring at an empty map. This added the freeroam mode and rest of the passengers, so the "future content" is already added to the xbox one version.You still have to grind investigations, though.
Night call passidex update#
They did a big update on the Win10 version month or two before the game got added to the xbox. And certain passengers usually only appeared on certain investigations. If you wanted to grind certain passengers and their dialogues you had to play the investigations over and over again. It's a shame, I love the atmosphere of it all while you puzzle out each case.When the game was released to Win10 last year, it didn't have the freeroam option and had fewer passengers. Makes me think that there's future content planned so hopefully it'll be an ongoing concern. I'm taking some hope from the fact that a couple of achievements are worded 'do such and such (base game)'.
